Do NOT ship anything directly to the Mayo Civic Center. They have no place to store it and it will most likely get lost/discarded.
- If you need to ship in equipment for your booth ahead of time, you need to work with Mid America Convention Service. Note that on the form it asks for your booth number. Use the name of your company instead. We will supply Mid America with the list of which company is in which booth.
- If you need Mid America Convention Service to ship items back for you, attach return shipping labels to your boxes and leave in them your booth at the end of the vendor show. They will pick them up and ship them out.
